 Forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you have to click on “Forgot your password?” when logging in. This will take you to a window in which you can change your password in the case that you have forgotten it.

Follow the steps that are provided there, and Tuugo’s system will send you to your e-mail a link with a new password.

After that you can login in Tuugo with your new password, and change it from “Edit my profile” --> “My Settings”.

Once there, you will have to enter your current password, and then enter a new one in the corresponding fields:
